Adysti Raissa Fitri oversees WaterEquity’s investments in financial institutions across East Asia and the Pacific, covering portfolio management, deal structuring, due diligence, and strategy development. She brings 10 years of experience in investment and relationship management to this role.
Prior to joining WaterEquity, Adysti served as a Senior Investment Officer at BlueOrchard Finance in Singapore, managing a portfolio of investees across Southeast Asia and South Asia, including Cambodia, Indonesia, India, Vietnam, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and China. Prior to BlueOrchard, Adysti was the Sustainability Portfolio Analyst at Triodos Investment Management in the Netherlands, being responsible for the sustainability management process for the firm’s investments in the financial inclusion space.
Adysti received her Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from the Institut Teknologi Bandung in Indonesia and holds a Master’s in Strategic Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, in the Netherlands.
