Victoria Boyne is a partner in the Energy & Infrastructure group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, specializing in infrastructure modernization and renewable energy transactions. In this capacity, Victoria represents project developers, sponsors, issuers, lenders, and governmental authorities, including representation of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey in the modernization of LaGuardia and JFK Airports; the representation of developers and sponsors on multiple renewable energy financings; and the representation of borrowers or issuers in capital markets and bank financings. Prior to joining Orrick, Victoria was deputy general counsel of Indego Africa, a nonprofit social enterprise supporting women, youth, and refugees across Africa.

Victoria holds a juris doctorate from NYU Law School and a Bachelors in Biology and Romance Languages (French) from the University of North Carola Chapel Hill.
